Gideon is a Doctoral Fellow in Public Health Nutrition at IRD and a first-year PhD student at the L'institut Agro Montpellier. He holds a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Ghana.
His research focuses on nutrition and diet-related non-communicable diseases (NCDs), with a specific emphasis on examining the intricate connection between the food environment and diet-related NCDs.
Gideon brings over eight years of experience working on numerous internationally funded research projects aimed at transforming Ghana's food environment.
